Even if you’ve decided against tradition and opted for an exotic destination wedding, there’s still plenty to do. 


Figuring out and coordinating group travel on top of planning your wedding and celebration is a full-time job. Plus, you still have to balance all the normal everyday responsibilities of life, career, and maybe even kids, while making sure you and your partner arrive happy and well rested for the celebrations.


With all the to do’s and details to arrange, the idea of wedding planning can seem overwhelming! But, it doesn't have to be……

That’s why you need the help of Katrina Plans. We are a Travel Advisor and Personal Assistant Company and we specialize in Honeymoons and Destination Weddings.

We will plan a destination wedding and honeymoon in some of the most exotic and picturesque locations in the world. From the Caribbean to the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we will help you plan a Destination Wedding or honeymoon, big or small. From an adults-only retreat to a large, extended family affair, we are here to help with every detail. 


Our services take our love for detail, planning, and coordinating and create the Destination Wedding or Honeymoon of your dreams all while being easy and stress-free for you.


Planning a vow renewal, quaint beach wedding vacation, or a large, extravagant Destination Wedding, we’ll help you with all the details.

12 to 18 months is the ideal length for an engagement, but every couple’s timeline is different. We can help with the planning for any length of engagement.


If your engagement length is shorter, we will modify the planning to work to make your dream Destination Wedding or Honeymoon come true.


We will guide you through the planning process for the destination wedding and honeymoon , plus make all the resort, transportation, and excursion bookings for you and your guests. 


There isn’t a budget that is too large or too small and each event will be personalized to your exact vision.

A PERSONALIZED WEBSITE

We can even help you put together a personalized website for your wedding. You can add your photos, destination, and all the wedding details. All your guests (and non-guests) will be able to find deposit options, booking information, payment plans, and all the fine details of the wedding there.

CHOOSING A DESTINATION AND RESORT

If you’re in the beginning of the planning, we’ll help you narrow down a destination and choose a resort, based on your preferences, current sales, and group discounts. Or if you have a destination and resort already picked out, we can take it from there.

SELECTING A WEDDING PACKAGE

We will work directly with resorts wedding coordinators, planning teams, and sales managers for whatever destination or resort you choose. We’ll help you secure your wedding date, choose the venue, where the ceremony takes place, and select a wedding package that works with your budget.

GUEST BOOKING

We will take care of the flights, accommodations, bookings, and transportation for all of the guests, regardless of where they’re traveling from or how long they’re staying.
