  • Assist with any travel-related issues that may arise.


  • Research travel deals and evaluate prices and services.


  • Designing cost-effective travel packages that suit your needs and budgets.


  • Arrange travel accommodations for business visitors.


  • Answer all questions and addressing complaints in a timely manner.


  • Conduct research, which may include visiting hotels, resorts, and restaurants.


  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and maintain confidentiality.


  • Maintain an understanding of travel trends.


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


  • A personable manner and a willingness to help people.


  • Ability to multitask and work irregular hours when required.
